Marinade:

1. Mix YummX with ½ cup curd & 2 tbsp oil
2. Coat main ingredient (chicken, paneer, veggies, or seafood)
3. Rest 30 mins, then grill, bake, pan or air fry
   

Gravy:

1. Sauté onions in 3 tbsp oil
2. Add curd or tomato puree, cook 3 mins
3. Add main ingredient & 1 cup water, simmer till done
   

Pulao / Biryani:

1. Cook 2 cups rice separately
   
2. Sauté YummX with 3 tbsp oil, add veggies/meat
   
3. Mix with rice & steam 20 mins
   

Tip: Garnish with fresh coriander & a squeeze of lemon
